DETAILS for your connection via ZOOM
The platform we use for TELECONFERENCING is Zoom Meeting
There are two ways to connect to the online lessons that take place in our STUDIO on the MOON “RoboAtom MOON ROVER” where both of our robots, ROBO-bot and ATOM-bot, are present.
When you connect (we will have our own camera on), we suggest that the children (you) use only the microphone.
We use cameras at the beginning and at the end of the lesson.
In between we do not need them because they distract us!
Cameras are useful in THEORETICAL LESSONS, not in INTERACTIVE programming where ideally you should HAVE TWO SCREENS, on one the child will watch the program we are writing and on the other they will write/do the same.
After the end of the lesson you will be able to ask questions.
PLEASE, when you connect, set as your NAME
a) the child’s first name, b) the initial of the surname and c) the first three letters of your e-mail.
For example, if a child is called Nikos Archangelou and your e-mail is [email protected]
then you should log in with the name NIKOS-A-rob
